About Me

Hello, it’s me. Toni.
I like to play. I love nature. And I’m just so curious about this life we live, about how we experience the world within and outside. Mindfulness and spirituality are an essential part of my life since at least 2013. It started with meditation, by now thousands of hours and yearly retreats, often in silence. But today mindfulness is everywhere in my day and so many things remind me to step into this special place in my mind.

And right this is what I want to share. I create experiences that let us be mindful. And they can start from brushing teeth, hearing the noisy street or even having an ear worm.

In my daytime job I’m a sustainability consultant at plant values. Since 2015 I develop strategies, support the difficult execution of it and spark some innovation. For Playful Mindfulness I draw from the countless workshops I designed and facilitated so I can bring together the experience of how to read and guide people and groups – and the depth of mindfulness.

My wish is to make mindfulness accessible to you and I’m grateful if I can.
